Return, Refund, and Exchange Policies

Returns:

As a small, growing business, we are unable to accept returns after 24 hours. Please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order if you no longer require the product. A 10% restocking fee will be applied in such cases.

Refunds:

All orders placed with Savvy Gardens are eligible for a refund within 24 hours of ordering if you decide not to proceed with your purchase. A full refund will be issued in this case.

Exchanges:

At Savvy Gardens, we stand behind the quality of our products with a 30-day warranty. If you encounter any issues, we're here to help. To initiate an exchange, please provide the following details:

- Order number

- Clear pictures of the problem

- Clear pictures of the used syringe to indicate how much was used in the bag

- The inoculation date

- A description of the temperatures

- A detailed description of your sterile process

3 lb Grain Spawn and All in Ones:

If your bag is contaminated after inoculation, you must provide the aforementioned details to our Email, Discord, or through the chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner within 30 days of delivery. Any of our social media direct messages will not be open for claims. Additionally, we may request video proof of the disposal of the contaminated bags away from your growing area in case of a claim. This video can be a simple recording showing the bags being cut open and thrown away. This measure is in place to protect our business's integrity while ensuring that your purchase is adequately addressed.

Our company is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction, which is our top priority. We recognize the significance of your research journey and the potential challenges you may encounter along the way. After carefully reviewing your claim, if it meets the criteria for an exchange, we will provide you with a coupon specifically designated for the product you originally purchased which will most likely be a 3 lb All in One or 3 lb Grain Spawn and the syringe of your choice. Please note that the replacement syringe for each bag will only be equivalent to 3cc NOT 10cc, as this is our standard policy for replacements (1cc per lb). Additionally, we will cover any shipping costs accrued with another coupon for anything on our site to compensate for the total price of the contaminated products within that order number. Our goal is to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and effectively address any concerns you may have. Integrity is fundamental to our business operations. If you are unable to take responsibility for your do-it-yourself (DIY) endeavors, we may need to deny your claim. We prioritize seeing you succeed, so we encourage you to ask questions and engage with our community on our Discord Server.

If you have a bag smaller than 3 lbs we will compensate by 1cc per lb.

DIY = Customer covers shipping costs; Savvy Gardens provides discounts on any items on the website for shipping costs.

While we provide premium growing supplies, not everything is made equally. Therefore, if anything goes awry, send us clear pictures immediately.

Disclaimer regarding pre-inoculated bags for pick-up customers:

If you opt to collect an ordered item from our premises, whether with a deferred payment arrangement or after making the payment, you will have a grace period of 3 days from the time we notify you via email that the item is ready for pickup. Please be advised that given the absence of a deposit requirement, our storage capacity is limited. Regrettably, any unclaimed items will be discarded after 3 days of no communication and will not be refunded. Alternatively, should you prefer to have the item shipped to your location, we are more than willing to arrange the shipment at your expense.

Syringes:

We are proud to offer "premium liquid culture," guaranteeing the highest quality. If you encounter any issues with a syringe, simply conduct an agar test and provide a clear picture of the faulty syringe along with your order number to receive a free replacement. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Agar Plates:

Our top-notch "premium agar plates" ensure the highest quality. Should you encounter any issues with melted plates or contamination during shipping, simply send us clear pictures for swift resolution. While our agar plates are designed to last over 30 days, transit challenges may lead to contamination. Rest assured, we are committed to addressing any concerns. In the rare event of persistent issues, we will provide a reimbursement coupon for your convenience. Agar is sensitive to contamination, and proper storage (upside down) is crucial. Spore Prints:

None of our spore prints are made equally the same, but they will provide the same data. Even the diameter of the spore print only gives you that much more diameter. Keep in mind that we select prints based on the strain, not the size. For this reason, we are unable to provide a discounted price.

Research Culture Plates:

When any of our strains are placed on agar plates, it usually involves transferring a drop of LC or a transfer from a master plate. We assure the sterility of ALL our plates before sending them to you, ensuring that there is no contamination during transit. If you encounter ANY issues at all, immediately after receiving your order, please reach out to us with a CLEAR picture and your order number. You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to make a claim.

For bulk orders:

We kindly request that you cover the shipping costs on any sterilized grain or substrate claims.

Colorado Locals:

If you are outside the 30-day window, we are more than happy to make it right with a complete product exchange/disposal. Shipping costs WILL NOT be reimbursed with a coupon, but we are more than happy to meet up to make it right as long as you can provide clear, detailed pictures and information about your faulty products.
