In addition to shipping and local pickups, weโre also introducing local delivery for all Colorado Springs residents within 10 miles of 3655 E Fountain Blvd. This new option is designed to make access even more convenient for our nearby customers. To schedule a local pickup or delivery, place your order and secure it with a 20% deposit. Weโll coordinate the rest to ensure a smooth experience. Shipping and Warranty info:
We provide shipping services to all 48 contiguous states except Georgia and Idaho. Additionally, we only offer shipping of prints and swabs to select countries outside of our standard service area; please inquire for further information. All orders are dispatched typically on Fridays. It is important to note that all shipments are insured, which means we can facilitate a replacement if a product is lost or damaged during transit. However, we will require some time to process a claim, and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we address the issue. Please be aware that it may be necessary to recreate your order if required. Each customer is responsible for covering their shipping costs when making a claim.
Contamination is a prevalent concern in mycology, and it is imperative to identify effective mitigation strategies. We encourage you to review our Exchange/Refund Policy for detailed instructions on how to submit a claim. Most products are eligible for claims within 30 days of delivery. If you provide a detailed clerical analysis of your procedure with a picture(s), we will do our best to facilitate a discount or complete product exchange.
