Shipping and Warranty info:
We provide shipping services to all 48 contiguous states except Georgia and Idaho. Additionally, we only offer shipping of prints and swabs to select outlying countries; please inquire for further information. All orders are dispatched exclusively on Fridays. It is important to note that all shipments are insured, which means we can facilitate a replacement if a product is lost or damaged during transit. However, we will require some time to process a claim, and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we address the issue. Please be aware that it may be necessary to recreate your order if required. Each customer is responsible for covering their shipping costs when making a claim.
Contamination is a prevalent concern in mycology, and it is imperative to identify effective mitigation strategies.
